Meet The Team

Meredith Baker

Meredith Baker, CPNP-AC, FNP-C

Founder of Skinlogic

Skinlogic is ultimately about connection. Feeling comfortable enough to be open and honest about your insecurities, connecting with a team of people with their own insecurities, and not feeling alone when you look in the mirror and think, “What the heck happened? I feel 26 but look 40—oh wait, I am 40!”

When you look in the mirror, which characteristic do you see that makes you feel and look like you? Is it your smile? Your jawline or your even toned skin? Our mission at Skinlogic is to maintain those unique characteristics as you age. You are not a photoshopped billboard or airbrushed advertisement. You are the stressed-out but grateful parent, the loyal friend, the over-giving caretaker, the people-pleaser, the rock, the emotional wreck, the hard-working boss, the exhausted partner who just wants to recognize and smile back at the person you see in the mirror every single day. We believe when people feel their best and look their most confident, they can radiate more positivity into the world around them.

Whether you want to reverse skin damage, slow down signs of aging, or accentuate your unique characteristics, we are here for you. We’ll help identify your skin and body’s unique issues, treat your concerns, and choose the best procedures to complement and enhance your natural beauty. Our goal is to find the most straightforward solutions to your skin’s needs and give you the information you need to start pursuing a healthy future.

Staff Member Danielle Tucker at Skinlogic

Danielle Tucker, BSN, RN

Cosmetic Nurse

My name is Danielle Tucker, and I was born and raised in Severna Park. I graduated from Severna Park High School (Go Falcons!), then attended Anne Arundel Community College and graduated with an AA in General Studies with a concentration in Biology. In 2006, I graduated with my BSN of Science—nursing from The University of Maryland School of Nursing.

For 15 years, I worked in various nursing specialties and facilities, including the Multi Trauma Critical Care unit at The University of Maryland Shock Trauma, a home Hospice nurse, and even a phone triage nurse with an orthopedic practice dealing with a recalled medication. In 2021, after the pandemic, I realized that I wanted a better work/home life balance, so my journey into the aesthetics world started. I was hired by a national Medspa chain, followed by a dermatology office where I performed many services, including injectables and using the Sciton Joule laser.

I was referred to Meredith at the end of summer 2023 by a friend. I love Meredith’s passion for continual education and training.  I believe in using cosmetic treatments that stimulate your own body’s collagen and cell renewal, resulting in a more natural, gradual youthfulness.  Continual self-care with aesthetic treatments paired with a great skincare regime is one of the keys to aging gracefully. I also like to try treatments on myself so I know what my clients are experiencing and make sure they are getting the results they are looking for.

My name is Emma Brunner, and I am the front desk coordinator at Skinlogic. I am from Pasadena, Maryland, and I completed my education at Keystone Academy. With several years of experience as a medical receptionist, I joined the Skinlogic team in August 2023. I look forward to continuing to form strong connections with clients and continually expanding my knowledge of the medical aesthetic industry. When I am not at work, I love to travel and visit new places, go to concerts, and spend time with my friends and pets.
