At Skinlogic, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional care and attention during every appointment. To ensure we can accommodate all clients effectively, we kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policies.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled time. This policy applies regardless of weekends or holidays.
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of $50–$100, depending on the type and duration of the scheduled service.
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled THE DAY OF the scheduled appointment will be charged $100.
- No-shows (failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice) will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
Payment Authorization
By booking an appointment at Skinlogic, you authorize us to securely charge the credit card on file for applicable cancellation, rescheduling or no-show fees.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we will always do our best to be understanding and flexible when possible. However, consistent enforcement of this policy allows us to respect the time of all clients and providers.
